How do I pay with Venmo?
After booking, you'll receive a payment link in your dashboard. Select Venmo as your method, and the amount is automatically calculated. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. You'll get a confirmation email once received.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes. Your deposit is held in our 48-hour escrow. If no disputes are raised within 48 hours of move-out, the full deposit is automatically released back to you. Disputes are reviewed by our team within 3–5 business days.
How is my personal data protected?
All data is encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption. Identity documents like driver's licenses are permanently deleted within 5 minutes of verification. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Can I extend my monthly stay?
Yes. Visit your booking dashboard and select "Extend Stay." You can extend month-by-month as long as the property remains available. Your landlord will be notified automatically, and new payment will be due on your usual billing date.
What if there's a problem with my property?
Use the "Report an Issue" button in your dashboard to log a property concern. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. All properties are hand-inspected before listing, but if something doesn't match what was described, we will work to resolve it or relocate you.
