The idea is born

After two of our founders lost deposits on fraudulent short-term listings, they set out to build something better — a rental platform where tenant protection wasn't an afterthought.

2022

First escrow system goes live

We launched our 48-hour escrow hold as the core of our platform — the first monthly rental service to make payment protection standard on every booking.

2023

Identity verification + instant deletion

We introduced Driver's License and SSN verification with a 5-minute auto-deletion policy — setting a new bar for privacy in the rental industry.

2024

4,800+ tenants protected

Our community grew to thousands of verified renters and landlords across the country — with a 100% no-questions refund record and zero hidden fees.
