If you move in and find the property doesn't match the listing, contact us within the 48-hour escrow window. Our team will investigate immediately. If the issue is confirmed, you have the right to a full refund of your deposit and help finding alternative accommodation.
How long does ID verification take?
Most verifications are completed within a few hours. We'll notify you by email as soon as your identity is confirmed. Once verified, your status applies to all future bookings — you'll never have to verify again.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
Absolutely. All personal data including your ID and payment information is encrypted using industry-standard security protocols. We never sell your data to third parties and access is strictly limited to what's necessary for your booking.
Can I stay longer than one month?
